  10.  You are granted a limited license to copy Impress Technologies' Quotable
  11.  Quotes ONLY FOR THE TRIAL USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of the
  12.  software license agreement supplied with this program, and the
  13.  conditions described below:

  15.  Quotable Quotes MUST be copied in an unmodified form and QUOTES11.ZIP
  16.  MUST contain the following files:

  18.      QUOTES.EXE       ----------> The Windows Executable Program.
  19.      QUOTES.HLP       ----------> The Windows Help File
  20.      REGISTER.FRM     ----------> The shareware registration form.
  21.      README.TXT       ----------> Important information.
  22.      REGISTER.TXT     ----------> Registration Information
  23.      VENDOR.TXT       ----------> Shareware Vendor Information

  26. -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  27.    anyone without the express written permission in advance of Impress
  28.    Technologies.

  30. -> Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for Quotable Quotes
  31.    itself. However you may include Quotable Quotes on a diskette or other
  32.    media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee as long as the
  33.    conditions below are met.

  39. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the 
  40.    fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser 
  41.    from their contractual obligation to purchase Quotable Quotes if  
  42.    purchaser uses Quotable Quotes beyond the 15 day evaluation period.

  44. 2. The above statement MUST be printed on a label, or other form of
  45.    identification, that is DIRECTLY attached to the media being distributed
  46.    by ANY Public Domain or Shareware Disk Vendor without exception!

  48. 3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  49.    Quotable Quotes for downloading by their users without written permission
  50.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  51.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  52.    DOWNLOADING Quotable Quotes files without first obtaining the express
  53.    written permission in advance from Impress Technologies to charge such
  54.    a fee.
